I made this one whilst in lockdown in 2021 - Literally making lemonade out of lemons (well actually it’s a lemon margi but you get my drift 😃) This is a goodie!

What you will need:

• 1/3 Cup cointreau
• 1/2 Cup tequila
• 1/3 Cup sugar syrup
• 1/3 Cup lemon juice
• A handful of ice
• A Cocktail shaker

To garnish:

• Crushed meringue, lemon rind and salt, mixed together
• Lemon wedge
• Mini meringue 

Method

• Start by rimming your glasses with the lemon wedge and roll the glass through the meringue, lemon rind and salt mixture. Set the glasses aside
• Add all the ingredients into cocktail shaker and give it a good shake
• Pour into your glasses and garnish with a mini meringue
• Serve and enjoy!
