What you will need:
- 2 Tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Egg
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a mug and stir through until combined
- Place the mug into your microwave for 90 seconds and watch it turn into a cake before your eyes!
- Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream and enjoy!
